Please do not send return packages to our London corporate office. All returns must be requested and pre-authorized via email at info@novamusestudio.com. Upon pre-authorization, return instructions and the full address for our UK forwarding return center in Bristol will be provided. Unauthorized shipments sent to London will be rejected.
