3. Pricing, Billing & Order Fulfillment

• Prices & Billing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are billed securely via PCI-DSS compliant checkout systems.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders placed with inaccurate billing information.
• Handling & Delivery Cycle: Orders are subject to a 1–3 business day handling stage prior to dispatch. Estimated transit times are typically 4–7 business days (total estimated delivery window: 5–10 business days). Our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 PM CET.

4. Prohibited Uses & Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Muse and FF COMMERCE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of any of the service or products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any legal dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
